I bought this pan mainly for crepes, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite pans in the kitchen. The nonstick surface is incredible — crepes, pancakes, and even eggs slide right off without sticking or tearing. It also heats evenly, so everything cooks perfectly without hot spots.The handle feels sturdy and stays cool, and I love that the pan is lightweight but still well made. Cleanup is a breeze — just a quick rinse and wipe, and it’s ready to go. I got this pan specifically for making Saturday morning pancakes after switching from gas to induction and no longer having my griddle- this pan is exactly what I was hoping for and so so much more! Works perfectly and the pancakes cooked so evenly and quickly! Not only that but the clean up was an absolute breeze- one quick swipe with the sponge and clean! It’s also super light weight making management so much easier than my bulky griddle- can comfortably fit 4 pancakes at a time and all cook evenly- what an incredible pan!

Nice color-I got the toffee brown. I followed their instructions for cleaning and prepping it for first time use. I made Ricotta Pancakes and per Sensarte and the recipe instructions, I cooked them on medium heat so they would have enough heat to fluff properly but not so much that they would be undercooked in the middle and burnt on the outside. They were light, fluffy, and properly done. I have not noticed any chemical smell at any time with the pan or the cooked food. I recommend this pan. Nice build quality, attractive, and decently priced.

Best crepe and tortillas pan ever! Non stick and keeps temperature ( 3-4 dial on electric stove)Great for crepes and Tortillas, started my pita dough to make bread tomorrow.

Love this Griddle - bought it couple of weeks back and have used it multiple times since then. It is easy to cook on, so far nothing sticks to it (hope that stays) and its a good size. However just one thing that bothers me - whenever I use it, it gives out a fishy kind of smell-don’t like that. Easy to clean too. Would definitely recommend buying this

I am so happy with this pan! It’s beautiful and very well made. They even give you a screw driver with the pan to tighten the handle! Incredible l!!! The pan is well made, sturdy, the handle never got hot. It is coated with a fake laminate which I think looks nice, but probably won’t hold up in the dishwasher. But I wash all my pans by hand, so not a problem for me. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

I have the frying pan from the same vendor and got a free full size screwdriver with it as well. Sturdy and really nonstick. I’ve used it for pancakes and those tortilla crimpet things. I did season it with a little oil over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Wipe clean with a paper towel, hand wash with a warm sudsy sponge and air dry. Excellent.
