I must say this flour made the best highest loaves of bread I ever made. But it doesn’t end there. I got an order for my chocolate buttermilk cake. I had no cake flour so I used this as I had nothing else. Three days later I got a call telling me that the flavor and texture of my wedding cake I made was the best cake ever tasted from Maine to Hawaii. I proceeded to make myself a chocolate buttermilk cake with this flour. I could not believe the results. Moist. Fluffy. Light. Oh was this cake good. I was SHOCKED. I now make all my wedding cakes with this flour and keep these cakes as my secret recipe. I don’t buy cake flour nor do I waste money on bread flour. I tried bread flour and found that gold medal unleashed apf was better. I get compliments on almost every wedding cake I’ve made with this. I love these big bag.

Love Gold Medal f!our and buying in bulk saves a lot, but after receiving second shipment bag again was torn open flour everywhere. Tried contacting Amazon about their packaging, know one or site to contact, so I had to toss entire bag because of contamination because box it was shipped in had been retaped by UPS. I talked with my UPS driver, he said box wasn't taped good enough for the weight of box.
