Head missing
The media could not be loaded. Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. Upon opening on Christmas Day, we noticed Optimus Prime’s head was missing & nowhere to be found within the packaging as demonstrated in the video. Would appreciate a replacement head be posted out or return the original for a new replacement

Very disappointing!
Very upset with the size and quality of this toy! You’d think that it would be sturdier and better quality especially paying over £30 for it! Definitely not worth the price!
