Love love love this book. Tells you how many patterns are in the book as well as easy to follow pattern instructions. I would recommend this book if you like making afghans whether you are an experienced or beginner. Definitely recommend it if you’re a beginner. It is a very good teacher to learn how to crochet and making afghans are a snap for the experienced.Would buy for friends that would like to learn or are experienced in the art of crocheting.

I love the patterns and styles, but I was disappointed to learn there is no guidance, only the pattern. Some patterns are not easy to understand. Pictures would help or extra guidance.

I like this because of the many types of afghans. Again stitch pictures would have been great.

Coloring not as pictured ! I ordered yarn as instructed and it came n all dark shades! I was disappointed as I liked the light lavender contrast as pictured !! Other patterns in catalog not interesting ! Would have liked instructions for a little wider afghan. On the plus side instructions seem to be correct !

Patterns are easy to understand for beginners. I'm intermediate but these patterns are beautiful, colored pictures, high quality book.
