extremely cheap, smaller than it looks in the picture - when you write (with the pen that isnt attached to the board, so good luck not losing it) it doesnt stay, disappears because the board is so cheap! returning!

Good concept but our kids ate the magnets out of the stylus the 2nd day. So dangerous and didnt last.

This item is very cheaply made, and we were very unhappy with it. The pen doesn't have a string attaching to the pad, which is very difficult to keep up with (especially with a toddler)...The magnetic part of the pen broke off within two days of having it, so now it's not even useful.

There's a loop for a string or cord on the pen, but it's not included. I haven't seen it in a long time. Box was entirely in what I assume was Chinese.

This is a great drawing board for my three and a half year old. My daughter recently became interested in drawing. She prefers a pen and paper, I prefer that she use crayons. She insists on a new piece of paper after she makes a couple squiggly lines.That's why this product is so neat for her and us. The drawing space is smaller than a piece of paper, 5.5 x 7.5 inches. Overall it's 9 x 13 inches.It comes with a small drawing pen with a magnetic tip and two shapes with magnetic bottoms. One is a star and one is like a clover. When she finishes her drawings, sqiggles, or stamps, there is a slide on the bottom that completely erases everything. Slide it to the right and then back to the left and it's fresh again. That saves on the paper issue.There are 4 colors beneath the white drawing space; green, yellow, red, and blue. This is one of the few toys that she has a lot of fun with that doesn't require batteries.I received this product for free or at a discount in exchange for my honest review. That being said, in no way does a discount guarantee a high rating or a good review. I, like many of us here, read reviews before making purchases.

I hate rating this product so low. My son absolutely loves playing with this toy. I plop him down in his room and he'll pick up the pen and start doodling. So why the drop to 2 stars? The quality of the product. This product was not built with a young child in mind.Design:- Overall build is a very thin and cheap feeling plastic and it doesn't feel like it will survive more than a few drops- The magnets are small and thin - too easily swallowed by a young child. I threw these away before giving the toy to my son- The pen, effective at what it needs to do, looks like it was designed with the intent of being tied to the device (evidence: the top of the pen has a loop that connects to nothing), but ultimately they decided not to. Having the pen attached to the device would have been perfect, but now it's easily lostThese shortcomings make it impossible for me to rate this toy any higher. If you have a slightly older child (maybe 4+) who treats his/her toys well, then I could suggest this, but otherwise they need to improve the quality first.
