Worked great on 8.1L

I bought one of these back July 2023 it didn’t last two seasons and failed. I probably only have 15 hrs. on the one I’m replacing. Hopefully this one will last longer.

This was a direct replacement on my Malibu boat. Arrived on time and in new condition. Easy replacement- took less than an hour. Perfect fit. It works. As good as it gets.

Once I finally got it installed and tried to run it work. It overheated and never generated any power.

Product was delivered quickly and worked as designed. High quality.

Only 1 week of service so far - 2013 malibu 24mxz with indmar GMC LS3. Perfect fit, voltage and more current. Saltwater was killing OEM, Delco, alternator, crunchy thrust bearing and both internal and external corrosion was dropping charge voltage, But not dead enough for warranty I suspected, it was my my call.. Malibu and Tommys dealership in Golden CO are great but I am heading for 14 days on a remote lake. Minimal downtime with a crew of 30 is priceless.. .

Worked great after got wiring diagram from them, it did not come with any and it is not obvious even to an engineer. Did not match my factory wiring.
