I love this book! The art is adorable and the way it's set up you can read start to finish or just flip though to find good quotes. My favorite is "The waves are not the ocean and the thoughts are not the mind." I gifted a few copies to friends and they've loved it too. Perfect for a gift or when you need a quiet moment of reflection.

Uplifting, inspiring, and full of whit. I read many genres and many books. Although the text is simple, this book is one of my favorites. The drawings and paintings that accompany the text are also beautiful and incredibly moving.

I have purchased at least a half dozen of this book to give as gifts. Perfect for birthdays, graduations, encouraging. Thought-provoking text and lovely illustrations.

Magic to anyone who lives in this world.

I like how words and illustrations are juxtaposed in the book. Not text heavy, light in words, but full of meaning. While you can finish reading the book in an hour or less, however, when you try to make sense of each statement and connect it with your life's journey, the reading becomes more reflective, more introspective in nature. I read this book with my best friend and it felt like a long walk down the memory lane. Good read on a Sunday with a cup of coffee in your garden.
