Perfect replacement for my old grill
Sooner or later, if your gas grill lasts a long time (like 10 years), the regulator is probably going to leak. This was the perfect replacement and all I needed was an adjustable wrench and 10 minutes.

Works great
Works good i dont like my LP Tank hose being 3 ft long and made of rubber connected to my propane tank while canning in my garage.

Gauge is nice
The gauge is nice to have but couldn’t attach and hang under on my Weber. Had to turn sideways .

Excellent replacement
I have an event grill which at this point is 'vintage'. I bought it at Sams Club about 20 years ago. This season, I uncovered it for the summer grill season, and it sputtered, spit and barely got hot. I figured it was time for it to go off to grill heaven. When I saw the price of the replacement equivalent, I decided to rethink and resurrect the old one.I bought replacement burners and heat plates from Amazon... still nothing. Running out of ideas, I figured I'd replace the two hoses. I bought one as a test, and that fixed the one side. So, instead of spending $600 on a replacement grill, I had about $80 in the parts to bring the old one grill back to life. As a bonus, this one has a tank gauge, so I know when it is running out of propane.

Doesn't work in any way at all...
I was hoping for the best, unfortunately I must report this assembly is complete junk. First connection to a propane cylinder and it can't be seated without leaking. Then it doesn't operate in the least. No pressure indication on the gage from two different known full cylinders, no gas flow to the appliance. I do not recommend this to anyone.
