Okay
I never could get it to do the way it was supposed to. But it was good to scrape out the seeds.

Bestwishes2u Pepper Corer Fruit Vegetable Tool Kitchen Accessories Random Colour Delivery If you read any of my reviews, then you are aware that I am ill. I am always seeking out the finest all natural and organic ingredients, and the finest and safest tools to use with those foods. Since becoming ill, I've been swapping out quite a bit, and also discovering some new things, The materials I'm always searching for are glass, stainless steel and silicone. I have a smoothie every day and we eat a lot of stir fry's, so when I saw this pop up I think based on my purchasing history, I snapped them right up.Every morning I have a smoothie, and every morning, I feel like I'm wasting quite a bit of the strawberries. I knew they had hullers out there, and I had one, but it never worked. It pinched together somehow but never got the strawberries right. The strawberry huller was the first one I used, Berries are the main flavor profile of my smoothie mix, and strawberries are always in them. I have been using this strawberry huller non stop since it came, and it has make my life so much easier. I have neuropathy in my hands, so to be able to push something in, rather than something intricate is a huge blessing. It's strawberry season at the moment, so fresh strawberries are abundant in this house hold! No more waste either. I realize that it's only a little bit of waste at a time, but it adds up over time, so it's saving money in the long run too!The Pepper corer my husband was all over. We eat a lot of stir fry's during the warmer weather, and especially now since we got a new cast iron wok, and bell peppers in all sorts of colors are always in the stir fry's. I choose the different colors not only because of the color contrast but taste and what they have to offer nutritionally, but again, cleaning a pepper always ends up with a lot of waste, and seeds everyplace. We used this, and no more cutting the tops off and losing that part of the pepper! The pepper corer gets right in there and takes the stem and most of the seeds. It is cylindrical, so as you pull it out, everything stays inside. A quick flick into the compost and the majority of the work is done. I am one of those people who removes the veins inside, but you do that when you slice them, and because this saves most of the pepper, when you slice it you get that nice arch, which looks pretty when it's raw. We've made two stir fries since getting this, and I have to say it does cut down on time and clean up. No it isn't going to do it for you, and save you a half an hour, but it will slice off some time, and make the task enjoyable and not a chore. These are also made out of a BPA free plastic and while not my favorite silicone, in this case I did have to make an exception as I have not seen these in stainless steel. In fact this is the first time I've ever seen a pepper corer. Yes you do have to press down a little harder than a knife, but it's really not that much harder, and the plastic is that really hard plastic, and the edge while it won't cut paper, it get's through the peppers and the strawberries just fine. I did receive this at a discounted price for an honest review, and we are very pleased with this purchase. Remember this is plastic, not metal, so do not expect razor blade sharpness, but they are sharp enough to get through my fresh peppers.
