Premium Wine Aerator & Decanter Pourer with Bottle Stopper Gift Set

We are avid red wine drinkers and this little thing has gotten some use over the last few weeks and during the holidays with family and friends. It does make a difference in the taste and is easy to clean, which is a plus.

GSCW Wine Aerator Gift Set: I ordered the gift set through Amazon on Nov 24, 2016 and received it Dec 3, 2016 by USPS with other items in the same package. Might have shipped faster alone. Fast enough, and I prefer USPS to Fed Ex and UPS when it comes to deliveries where I live. The gift box was well done, as the two items - an aerator/decanter and a bottle stopper - were firmly positioned inside a hard-foam insert. Sturdy products. Washed the two items by hand and let air dry. Used each night for one week so far and the products have worked well. Rinsed after each use and let air dry. Plan to continue using. I usually buy 1.5 L bottles of Pinot noir and pour two servings (moderate for men) per night, which is 283.5 grams. The aerator/decanter pours slowly which allows me to stop pouring on the gram; and I use a glass that is narrow at the bottom and wider at the top to allow the wine to pour on to the inner wall to prevent splattering. Despite the slow pour, when I poured directly onto the wine in the glass it splattered. Well, now I do not need to turn the glass sideways when I pour, as the wine pours horizontally on to the inner wall of the glass, which allows me to leave the glass on the scale. As for the taste of the Pinot noir, which has been Barefoot so far, I have only tried it chilled so the fruit taste overrode the alcohol taste before this purchase and continues to taste more grape than ethanol with the GSCW products. There has been no noticeable change in taste from one night to the next using the GSCW bottle stopper. I am pleased with the quality and the function of the two items in this gift set. If you know a wine drinker, I expect s/he would be pleased too.

Very good quality products. Only issue when I received the box the wine stop ball came unscrewed and was bouncing around inside the box. Other then that love the items.

easy to use; works fine, nice looking...........but don't drop it even once, it cracks easily even though plastic............especially if you have tile floors.

Love this item. It's very easy to use. I picked this particular one because I previously purchased a rabbit corkscrew from this same company and loved it. So, when I saw that this wine pourer was from that company, I thought I would give it a try. I am not disappointed. It fits snuggly on top of the wine bottle, and makes a cool humming sound as it aerates. As an added bonus, a very nice wine stopper is included. Lastly, it’s attractive, and comes in a handsome box. I highly recommend this product.

The product looks great and works fine for about a year. It starts getting slower and slower and finally you have to twist it get the cork out. The warranty is only for one year, unlike some who claim that it is a lifetime. This is occurring with three devices as I bough two more as presents. Just plan on tossing it and buying another one as it starts slowing down.

There are few products that can truly be described as useful and necessary to have. This wine aerator is one of those products, both for the hardcore wine drinker and the novice for gifts. I used to think I knew what wine tasted like and that wine decanters were only for the snobs. WRONG. I now recognize pre-aerator wine as the offensive swill that it is. If you like your wine to taste like tiny angels are dancing on your tastebuds you should buy this product.

Works as described. It definitely brings out the flavor of your wines especially the reds.
