Good value for money and easy to swallow. Bought other products from nutrition geeks, they are my go to for all my vitamins.

Great product!
For someone that often feels a bit sick when having to take supplements, these iron tables have been welcome. They are small and easy to down quickly, and I haven't had that sickly feeling I sometimes have since I've been using it. Toy definitely get value for money as one pack can last a year and it doesn't break the bank. All in all, I would highly recommend!

Noticeable difference
Realised I was iron deficient as I was feeling washed out, tired, and experiencing hair loss. Noticed a positive difference in how I was feeling after only a few days of taking these. It's now been a few weeks and I feel much better and the hair loss has stopped. They're tiny too so easy to take. Will purchase again.
