Overall, this product is well thought out in terms of the design and has clear instructions. But I had issues when using it in Germany and Czech Republic (weird screen flashing on both my iPhones when plugged in to USB ports, wouldn't charge a battery backup).Initial thoughts: nice packaging, comes with instructions that are well written (no errors), product is larger than I expected. It's a smart design - each side has a button/lift that pushes up the prong that you need. If one prong is open, the others won't. The placement of the US plug is such that you plug it in and not block your second outlet. The USB and plugin ports work as expected (in the US). It's a really nice feature that you can use the plugin and two USB simultaneously.Disclaimer: I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

Item worked great until one day, one of the prongs broke off in the outlet. The item is also bulkier than expected.

I love to travel! Only issue is that not every country has the same outlet as the USA, which can make taking devices to foreign countries very difficult, but this travel adapter makes life so much easier when traveling abroad! Whats great about this one as opposed to other adapters that I have gotten is that all of the outlets are in the same device rather than having to purchase multiple devices, which can be both a pain to pack and store, but also can get very expensive very quickly. Also, one of the greatest parts of this device is the two USB ports. I have yet to see an adapter that has incorporated this into their design, and it makes packing easier as its one less plug to bring along. I'm very happy with the charger so far. I purchased it in anticipation of a trip to China in a few months. I have an old adapter that doesn't have USB ports and I wanted to bring an additional charger so that my husband and I will both be able to charge our devices. I love the USB function and I've tested it with a few of my devices. They charged well (obviously wasn't able to use one of the foreign plugs since I haven't left yet, but I assume they will work too. If I find on my travels that they do not, I will certainly update this review.One additional thing to note, the image of this item looks brown...my item was black. I prefer the black. I love this adaptor. Instead of 1 for each country, this covers many countries. It's a great size, less than 3" x 3" x 3", great for packing. Plus it comes with 2 USB ports, which I haven't seen in an adapter before. It works with all my Apple, Samsung and Motorola products, as well as my Canon camera. It has a safety fuse, which since I have had blown appliances in other countries, should come in handy. It's certified which helps me trust this more. For the price it's a great deal to what I've compared to online. Note: Received a discount for my review, but my opinions are my own and I can be harsh!
