Why is this hand cream so small? Not the same size or cost as Bath and Body works

It is made to go in your purse or backpack, I guess, , bath and body do have the small tubes available.

Does this work on very wrinkled hands?

It moisturizes but it does not reduce or change the appearance of wrinkles. I would suggest cerave healing ointment instead. It was recommended by my dermatologist to use all over my face and body twice a day and since I have started I don't use too much else. It also lasts well with frequent handwashing.

Can you use on your face?

You probably can, but it's a hand creme. Elf makes a similiar product that says it is for the face. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm thinking of getting that one too.

How much active ingredient--hyaluronic acid---is in the product?

Not much. It's listed in the ingredients list near the end of the list. I would say it is about 14th in a line of about 20 ingredients.
