Disappointed
The media could not be loaded. I wish I could give this zero stars. The juicer didn’t even turn on right out of the box. Totally useless. On top of that, it came with dust all over it — like it had been sitting in a warehouse or returned by someone else and just repacked. For a brand like Hamilton Beach, this is shocking and disappointing. No quality check, no basic testing, nothing. I was excited to start juicing, but this was a complete letdown. Avoid at all costs. Total waste of money and time.

Not a Great One - More Fruit Wastage
This product is not that great as described. The Fruits doesn’t grind properly. I would say may be 65 to 70%. Wastage is more. I have used kuvings and compared to that this is ok and not great. Quality and the outlook of the product is not bad. While fixing and mostly when removing the auger you might hurt your fingers. Overall an Average buy .
