The Lie: Evolution (Study Guide & Workbook)

I was expecting a bound book, even if it only had a simple thin cover. This guide is sufficient to go along with its parent book, but the cover is just slightly glossy printer paper nothing more. The pages are just 8.5x11 white paper that is folded in half and stapled together. I could print this at home just as good if not better (using cardstock for the cover). For the price I'm surprised at this level of quality.As for content, Mr. Ham is definitely a partisan. He does make you think and I hope reconsider opinions on creation of the universe. I agree with him and find his work worthwhile and meaningful.The questions in the guide are just that, a guide over what's in the chapters. You'll find it helpful, but likely not needed for most readers. I wish they included this with the book instead of a separate purchase.

Great topicAnd a great read

This book is great for Christians who want to gain strength and confidence in their beliefs. Not suited for convincing non-believers.

We use this as curriculum for homeschool, very helpful.

Fairy tale by snake oil salesman.

In one of the episodes of the Family Guy, there is a poster of scales of intelligenceAt the top genius, (10) then smart (9), ...then idiot (0), then below that creationist (-2).This is a great book for people who believe that goD gave all the wisdom to some backward desert tribes of the Middle East about 2000 years ago and Bible has all the knowledge in it ( then why read this or any book for that matter) .

In ordering "The Lie" I expected to receive the actual book written by Ken Ham NOT the associated Study Guide and Workbook.My original protest was cast aside as the onus being with me in ordering the wrong book - NO SO as I believe the original web site entry made no reference to the Guide (i.e, no ISBN No for example). It is not unreasonable therefore the mistake was made because the Website entry was unclear!
