Solid construction and I feel comfortable dragging furniture over and place on top of if needed. Looks great and the plug covers work nice. Very happy with the product.

According to the part overview on Amazon, turned out I was missing one of the gaskets. Called their support line and got it solved within 3min. This alone made give it a 5 start review. Other than that, in my opinion the product looks better than expected, sits flush on the floor and feels like good quality.Heads up for inexperienced customers, I found out the hard way that I needed an adapter ring to install this cover on my floor-box.Also, after the support call I realized there is a link on the product support page to a pdf with instructions.

Fit perfectly we swapped out previous brass cover to this.

The first one came without screws and was hard to lock down the covers. Amazon sent a replacement and it works great and looks beautiful!

I ordered this to replace a 19yr old “Walter Brass cover” changing the floors requires a new one of course, worried it won’t fit, it fit flush and perfect , even the screws offered were just right, the finish looks and matches the new floor ( Gravel not installed yet )

I bought this to replace an original plastic “builder-grade” cover in a concrete slab. I ended up buying the suggested mounting insert ring, which is the ideal way to mount it. Note that this ring is designed to be gently hammered in place; friction holds it in place.The good: the brass is way more attractive than the original plastic cover. Came with a new commercial grade outlet. Fit perfectly.The bad: the bag of screws they included were nearly useless. Luckily, I hoard old screws and had enough of what I needed on hand to mount the outlet and the outlet gasket plate. The three brass mounting screws were a little too long for the holes in the mounting ring, but i made them work. I was committed to getting them flush, but at a cost: of all the heads mostly stripping (flat head screws) Because of this, I had to sand/deburr them to avoid future scrapes. My sanding marks will eventually fade, I’m sure, but the process of mounting the brass cover turned out to be the hardest part of the installation.
