Not just for crickets! (Give to feeders with food)
The dubia roaches seem to like it. I tend to use it with carrots or other foods with fairly low moisture content just to make sure they arent dehydrating. If im feeding tangerine slices i avoid this simply because i am not confident that these are super healthy for the roaches to consume (because what goes into the roaches eventually goes into the lizard) i also noticed that when i offer this my roaches smell a little worse than normal. Small price to pay to ensure my feeders stay alive!

Good water source
Used with meal worms and worked great, I love the seal on it to prevent it from spilling when shipped

Longer Living Crickets
My crickets have been living noticeably longer after putting these in their tank. Very happy with the results and glad they exist.

Works very well for all insects
I am never good at judging container sizes online so I was glad that this container was just what I was hoping for. I am using it for crickets, dubia roaches and mealworms at the moment and it has made it much easier to give them the moisture they need. I didn’t find it to have an odor, they seem to last a long while as I am only using a bottle cap full every few days and they work well. I will definitely buy more in the future.

Great product, misleading title.
First off, this stuff is great for helping keep your feeder insects alive. I have no complaints. I am upset with the title of the product, where it states "7.5 lbs." That would have to be at least a gallon sized container. The price was too good to be true, and for good reason. It's weird to label it as the wrong size.

Hydration to die for
The media could not be loaded. I know blue death feigning beetles get moisture through their food, but honestly it dries up so fast and there’s enough of them in there I was worried they were not getting enough.I tried some beetle jelly and they didn’t touch the stuff, I’m happy to report they are quite literally head over heels for these! I put one under their main hide and a few along the tanks edges and they get by happily!
