Just received. Taste isn't bad at all. I expected a very tart flavor the way it was written. I know if you put it into grape juice you won't even know it's there. A definite berry taste and the after taste is like prune juice or at least that's what it tastes like to me. I put mine into soda since currently I admit I am drinking some soda - normally I'm a seltzer and lemon person but not ready to put this into that just yet. I'll stick with some sweet liquid. Way too soon to see if any benefits which is why I purchased. I did also buy capsules before I saw the liquid available an they are small enough to swallow easily. Anyway, this is not tart bitter at all - more musky tasting

The taste is not the best, will take some getting used to. It did help with regulating my blood pressure. I would recommend it.

Excellent product

The amla tastes nothing like it should. The flavor is unpleasant and seems spoiled, but since it’s not eligible for return, I’m stuck with it.

I haven't taken it long, just this bottle but I think it curbs my appetite. I intermittent fast so I don't eat until after 11a or 12p but lately I haven't even been wanting to then. I think I'm having less hair shedding too. I mix it with my ginger turmeric shot in the morning. It's bitter & like someone else commented that it has a sort of prune juice taste. It's not horrible at all, actually my ginger shot is horrible & what I taste more of. I probably won't buy it again though because for the amount it tells you take, it doesn't last long. I'm not even sure it lasted a month. I bought a powder off Amazon after I finished this bottle. I'm hoping it makes my hair strong & healthy along with all the other nutritional benefits it has.

I actually add this to tea with 1 drop of bergamot oil and 1 drop of grapefruit oil and it tastes great. No sugar needed!!! Juicers should keep this stoked because it tastes great and it's good for you.

This was close to the best by date when it arrived. I tried it a couple of times before pouring it out.

I believe in all natural whenever possible- I’m sure this product works just fine but I did have some issues with the taste of the juice - I can’t seem to get used to it - but that’s just me
