I wouldn't buy anything from this store at all. The product is not a pilates soft roller and the picture is not the same. there's actually a sticker on the product saying HIGH DENSITY ROLLER. and on top of that, the store policy doesn't allow returns for this item... go figure.

Durable, perfect balance of softness & firmness, works well to support back and work out knots & crack back. I’ve used it for other physio exercises i.e. arm/ shoulder stretches.

I love using this for cracking my back. This was suggested from my PT for help with a herniated disk. Some of my exercise required it. But if put the roller just about your waist and roll down it gives the best back crack!

This is the roller I really think it is good for me and probably good for muscle pain. If you have very firm muscle the firm foam probably is a better choose. But for muscle pain this soft foam does the work. I highly recommend. The price is a bit expensive. During the Pandemic I have no other choice than the convenience of buying from Amazon. About Sturdiness, right now I cannot give too much detail about it because I just have it for a couple of weeks. Have to wait for a few more months before I can provide a fair comment.
