Have this in my tool kit at work, only used 2-3 times and liked it until the selector popped out. In the q&a they say to contact them through the amazon order, but it appears that option is only available for 30 days after purchase.

They work fine for the price only problem with them after 7 months is the flex head is really loose after a couple of uses on the bigger size especially. I’ve used them a lot and they have come in handy the ratcheting works good and have held up when breaking bolts and nuts loose. Like I said before only real downside is the flex head from my experience.

I'm a mechanic, and this is my tool of choice once or twice a year. For me, that makes it worth the purchase, especially at that price You should be able to instantly deduce the limitations of this tool from it's design, but it's relatively short design is what makes it the tool of choice on rare occasions.
