Will this fit in 1/4 inch id 3/8 od silicone tubing?

I use it to clean out my feeding tube and I have no idea what the size of that is but 3/8’s sounds smaller then the ID on that tube and this brush is a very tight fit on that. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.

Is the tip part with the bristles also very flexible? I need this to make tight corners and others have the tip rigid.

The 2" tip is NOT flexible at all. I had to manually bend the tip a few times, to make it about half an inch in length, before I was able to push it through 3/4" PVC pipe with 90 degree bends.

What is the diameter of the stronger spring vs the lesser spring?

I'm not sure what you mean about the stronger vs. the lesser spring. If you're referring to the bristle brush on the end, it's 5cm. The spring is all one diameter as far as I can tell, and is 1cm.

has anyone used this to clean the double glass on an oven door?

Sorry, no. It’s terrific to clean out drains.
