Use for the ingredients it has to help my AFib.Have mild AFib so far but before golf and exercise I drink this or just for hydration.

Only used for a couple of weeks, not sure if it is any different from other brands. Does have a odd "mineral" taste but that might just be the lemon flavor, might try a different flavor.

Like the other reviews say, it's not the most pleasant tasting. But I am trying to grow big and strong so I pretend it's my health medicine and it goes down without a fight. I'll end up buying again as I've tasted worse things that were not beneficial to me.

If you are hard to hydrate with water alone this product will do the trick.

Products is individual packets of Gatorade type powder at over a $1.00 a packet. Save your money and get the cheaper brand.
