Unfortunately the fastcon tech didn't work in Dubai over an Etisalat router as they won't allow you to set port forwarding (at least that's what we think the problem is). The support team were very helpful but we couldn't get the required hub to connect. Works as a light switch but not a smart one

These light switches work seemlessly... Very easy to install and don't require nuetral wire.I have connected them to the broadlink app then linked my broadlink account to Alexa and Google home. Now I can control all lights by voice or just using my phone.The main thing is that I can now switch off lights that my children leave on behind without having to move, especially the kitchen light.Additionally, I can switch on and off lights using my mobile, while I am anywhere outside my house, while shopping or dining...

Works flawlessly with just live wiring. Useful for many households in Dubai that don’t have neutral wiring for light switches in the wall.

The product works very well but it arrived in a damaged package.

I'll make it quick1. Very difficult to setup with poor instructions no online help either2. Quality control is lacking at best out of the 7 I purchased only 4 are perfect 3 have got damage to then and one of witch doesn't work at all3. They keep losing connection to the hub4. Routines simply don't work I would say 1 time out of 10 it would trigger5. Google Home Support is rubbish every time I ask for an action all I get back is device doesn't exist or something went wrong6. There is no two way switching support at all e.g landing and stairs, the work around is to add a routine via second switch or wireless remote but they don't work7. There is no home assistant support even though its stated that it does8. The entire broadlink echo system is confusing especially to new comers and there is little to no help anywhereIf your after a no neutral smart switch with 2 way support I would say try aqara or candeo the latter does support it but you need a miss matched momentary switch aqara does support it with a WORKING wireless switch that does match in design

Although this is a well built and good quality device, it requires a Hub to be used in the app and as this was the goal of the device, it’s failed me and doesn’t mention clearly anywhere that I would require a hub to use the switch, if I knew this, I wouldn’t have wasted my time with it

I've been waiting for something like this for almost 5 years now.It's working like a charm and I can confirm that it works without a neutral cable or capacitor.This is the switch that all of us were waiting for.I can recommend it without any hesitation.I only wish that that the switch keys were positioned vertically instead of horizontal. That way it would look better if you like me wanted to use a 1-gang and a 2-gang switch side by side.But this is really a minor issue and this item gets from me 5 STARS.

After trying cheap switches that needed a capacitor in the light fittings and were unreliable with setup issues, random ghost switching and total failure, these are brilliant. Easy to set up, work perfectly and look pretty nice. Only minor downside is they need deep patress boxes, but I opted for 10mm spacers as an easy solution. Installed a mix of one and two gang switches in under one hour, recommend these 100%
