Satisfying flavor
During the height of the pandemic, when grocery shopping was a daunting task, I did a lot more grocery shopping online and stumbled upon these Prima Taste Singapore Curry Lamian Noodles instant noodles. I decided to try them, and I was pleasantly surprised. Unlike other instant noodles I tried then, these offered a truly authentic and satisfying flavor, almost like a restaurant-quality meal. Even now that grocery shopping is less stressful, I still enjoy them for their convenience and delicious taste.Ali Julia reviewReview of Prima Taste Singapore Curry Lamian Noodles

With Add-Ins, Very Close to Burmese Dish!
Fans of Burmese food, or those curious about it: buy this and make a few adjustments/additions (I'll give you below), and this noodle pack tastes almost exactly like Burmese Ono Kow Sway (also Ono Kauk Swe, etc.), one of the most loved dishes of Burma (Myanmar)! My dad alerted me to this - so delicious!!! The Burmese dish is laborious to make, and there are no Burmese restaurants in my city, so I am pretty much over the moon about this product. The only major difference b/w the authentic Burmese dish and what you can make from this Singaporean mix is that this is slightly sweet, whereas the Burmese dish isn't at all. Not a problem, it still tastes delectable! If you add ingredients below, one package should make two LARGE bowls!!! We made two packages and got about 5 to 6 medium bowls out of this. Overall awesome product...I'm sure it would be yummy on its own.Burma-fying changes/additions to make after preparing the package ingredients according to the directions are such:- Add enough water to make it more of a thick soup consistency, like the package picture.- Add roughly chopped cilantro to taste. I usually pile it on :p. You could add Thai basil instead if you hate cilantro, but cilantro will make it taste more Burmese.- Add thinly but not too thinly sliced fresh yellow or white onions to taste.- Add chicken, sliced, like in the package picture, or cut smallish (1x2") pieces. We just cut up plain rotisserie chicken to be quick about it.- Hard-boil eggs and cut into wedges and add. Mmmm, so good.- Cut lime wedges and squeeze in, to desired taste.- Sparingly add fish sauce to taste, if you like. That makes it taste more like the Burmese dish. But do it sparingly!- To kick up the heat, add some Asian chili sauce or oil (or if you can make your own, try to make roasted chili powder oil.) A good sauce to use very sparingly is the ones that the Shriracha sauce makers sell in the small plastic jars - it looks like a wet chili paste. I see jars of them frequently at Thai restaurants.- Not necessary, but for crunch: when we can get it, we crumble pieces of peh-jaw (crunchy, flat, fried fritters made with yellow lentils). They're hard to make, but you can probably find recipes online. OR: the cheap and qick way to add crunch is to buy a can of fried chow mein noodles and toss a few of those on top. That's what we did during my entire childhood.Enjoy your improvised Burmese Ono Kow Sway - hope it knocks your socks off like it does mine every time!

Flavor is on point
Has a very rich and full flavor. Kind of in between a yellow and panyang curry. A little extra love (add your favorite protein, heat and a bit of lime) and this is restaurant quality. Definitely hits the spot, and a quick quality instant noodle that doesn't taste like instant noodles.

More pricey than a store purchased box of ramen
I bought these for a Christmas gift for my son who loves ramen and because he doesn't like to cook. I asked him what I could get him for Christmas because he is so picky and he described these exact noodles. I was a little disappointed that I was only able to buy one package. That was all that was left in stock. Guess a lot of people like them.

Exceeded expectation
The broth is tasty but could be a bit spicier. It thickens up to a nice texture and mouth feel. I don't really like the noodles. They aren't inedible or anything but they are basically a thick spaghetti noodle that never really softens up all the way, Very toothsome. For the price it could have a better noodle. I ended up tossing the noodle aside and using the rest as a base for another dish and added a couple chopped up chicken tenderloins from the freezer, fresh jalapeno and some pineapple chunks, with rice. But if I'm going to pay this much to just use the seasoning packets, there are better pre-made Red Curry options.

Expensive, but WORTH EVERY PENNY
Might I say this is one of the best instant noodle out there! So delicious, it feels like you spend hours and hours making it. The noodle is just perfect (not too soft, not too chewy), the broth is spectacular. Just cook it according to the instructions, it will come out perfect everytime. It contains 4 individual pack inside and the portion for each pack is quite big, I usually cook it as part of meals for family of 3 (salad, curry lamian, stir fry meat, rice). It cost a lot more expensive than an average instant noodle, but it is all worth it!
