Excellent Conference Speaker
I've used pretty much all of the Jabra competitors (410, 510, 710 and even the 810) as well as the Sennheiser SP 220, so I've got some experience with these types of devices. To put things simply, this thing is excellent for the price. It is the only one out of all the above (except maybe the $500 Sennheisers and the $500 gigantic Jabra 810) where I can actually play music and enjoy it. All of the Jabras tune out the bass notes because they're typically not needed for conference calls, but it makes them not great for any other type of audio. This thing does all types of audio playback very well. No issues understanding anyone on calls, nobody has ever once complained about audio quality, and the build quality is quite frankly better than any of the Jabra offerings. It's on par with the Sennheiser. It has never once done anything buggy like unmuting itself or anything of that nature, you plug it in and it just works. Zoom, Skype, Slack, etc. have all picked it up automatically as the default device with no changing of settings either, which is a nice surprise. All of the buttons are touch buttons that respond exactly how you'd expect, no accidental button pushes or non-responsive buttons. It also has a "Rocket" button that can be programmed to do any of the following: Play/Pause media, Redial (mobile only), activate Siri, Google Assistant, etc., hold/resume call, or do a status check (Battery levels, connected to PC, etc.) which is a pretty cool feature.I used to ride hard for the Jabra Speak 510 (because it's honestly pretty darn good), but I won't be turning back after getting this Poly. Microphone quality is similar, the poly has much better audio playback quality, similar volume levels, and the build quality on the Poly is just miles ahead. The Jabra looks and feels like a cheap plastic toy in comparison.NOTE: All of my testing was done via wired USB-A connection to a Macbook Pro and a nice Windows computer. I have not tried the USB C version nor have I tried the bluetooth.

Superb Battery Life and Sound Quality is Amazing
I have spent hundreds of dollars on other Bluetooth speakers and speakerphones and can finally say I have a product that performs great for work and play. I work from home for half of the week, and I always want to make sure I can give the same level of professionalism that I give to clients when I’m in the office. This allows me to hear clients clearly while communicating on virtual video calls and I can also hear my music clearly while working and cutting out the dead silence. My favorite feature of this product is the built-in charging cord: therefore I don’t have to worry about loosing it or carrying around another cord. Poly makes great quality products and I can’t wait to see what they come out with next. Highly recommend!

Doesn't work with USB hubs and KVM switches
This speaker sounds better than expected, however it only worked for a few hours hooked up through a KVM switch, and then it started trying to reload the driver repeatedly. I thought it had broken, but found it still worked when plugged directly into a PC usb port. I'd much prefer it work through the KVM so I'd have audio/mic on whichever computer I was using, but swapping it between them isn't terrible.A sennhauser headset does work perfectly through the KVM (for years), so I don't think the KVM has a problem. This product probably needs some polish on it's drivers or firmware to allow it to work in systems with hubs reliably.Other than the connectivity issue, it looks and sounds great.

Did I say I love it? Cause I do
These speakers are perfect for a work from home setup. Does not take too much space and really projects the sound from whichever device. Love the options of usb and Bluetooth.

Excellent tool for high quality video calls and conferences
I have a competitors product on my company provided laptop and really liked the quality and professionalism for my Teams calls and wanted the same for my personal calls. I saw the Poly products and have been a Plantronics and Polycom fan for years and decided to give it a try. Wow am I happy I did. This has extremely high quality sound and was easy to set up and use. I would recommend this to anyone that uses Zoom or Teams or Bluejeans or any other video call tool if you want to be able to hear and be heard and make it polished and professional.

It wasn't as loud as I wanted it to be.
The battery life was superb. Very good. Had no problems with it.The loudness of the speaker when playing music is not loud at all.Even when you turn the volume all the way up for music it is not very loud. The loudness when hearing an individual on the other end is not very loud.If you're kind of in a noisy condition, It will be hard to hear people talking to you.If you definitely try to use it in a vehicle it will not be very loud. Because the volume is low.Even when you turn the volume all the way up it is not very loud. When I wasn't allowed area family member said that they get here noise in the background and also I sounded low.So one moment I might be kind of clear for them. And then the next moment in the same noisy condition my voice decreases.I don't know why it does this but it may be the noise canceling. But it causes my voice to rise up a little and then decrease a little bit when the person is listening to me.Also, when I'm listening to other people sometimes their voice gets louder and sometimes their voice gets low. I don't know why this is.If you're in a super quiet room would absolutely no noise. Then it will probably work for you.But if you are hard of hearing. You may have some difficulty hearing in some conditions.

Best for conference calls during WFH
If your job involves a lot of conference calls and meetings , do go ahead with this speaker from poly. Jabra one is also good but this has a full duplex audio and looks more nice on desk, plus can double up as a USB charger which i not use, but cool may be in emergencies.Plug and play with mac and windows or phones. Use USB for best experience

Gute Box

This is the real thing not a glorified speaker
During Lock-Down I have experimented with a number of so called speaker phones, even those from respected peripheral brands have resulted in poor audio at 1 or both ends, dropped calls and a generally unsatisfactory experience. I have given up on these and fallen back to the Soundbar on my DELL Display. However this POLY Sync 20 is excellent, good volume, clear audio at both ends and non-intrusive noise management, yes its a little bit more expensive but I am genuinely impressed. Please Note - I cannot comment on the Blutooth mode as I am using it wired.
