What is the country of manufacture?

I have had it a long time and don't know. The company is based in the Bahamas according to Google. It seems well made and has held up well, but I've never done anything heavy duty with it.

I have a similar ice chipper but 2 prongs broke. Do you think it can handle 4 hours of ice dam chipping on the roof? Doesn't seem strong enough. Thx

Its not strong enough, order 3 of them use one and it did broke.

Is there a way to sharpen the points?

Never needed to but I'm sure a small file would work.
