Whether you are making gravy, cookies or quiche this is the flour to use. I was amazed at how creamy and delicious the quiche was when I added two tablespoons of this flour to the eggs and cream mixture.When I make gravy I simply melt two tablespoons of butter and add two tablespoons of this flour, then whisk a bit. Then I add 1 cup of water plus 1 teaspoon Better than Bouillon chicken base. Then add in some poultry seasoning, freshly ground peppercorns and a little sprinkling of paprika.My husband now asks me to make quiche and he really enjoys the gravy even more than before. I'm going back to the regular all purpose flour I get for that recipe!

Great organic flour. Trying to avoid coking for my toddler with non-organic flour because of the glyphosate. I feel like I can notice a difference and how my body processes this flour versus normal flour.

This is the only flour you should be buying if you want to be healthy. If you want to feel sick then buy GMO NON organic flour. THIS STUFF IS THE BEST, IT FIXED MY STOMACH PROBLEMS!!
