Great knife for peeling fruit
Chicago Cutlery has been in our family for decades. This paring knife got lost, had to replace it. It has quality steel and easy to sharpen. 5 stars!!

Great Size
I have at least 4 of these because I like them so much. They are a great size for your hand. In time the wood does get a worn look, but over all I think they hold up well and work great.

Very useful paring knife at a very good price
I misplaced this same paring knife a while back. I always liked the sharpness and size. Purchased this as a replacement. Very good price.

Perfect for smaller hands
I have smaller hands so I don't like a big, bulky knife, especially when peeling fruit. I've tried others but Chicago Cutlery is my favorite. (nope don't know anyone there) It fits my hand nice and is comfortable to work with. Love the wooden handles with the steel insets. A quality product. Had to buy 2. :)
