Great way to get a little more fiber!
I like this product. I needed to have more fiber and I take 3 tablets about 30 minutes before a meal. This are easy to swallow and don't have any taste. The do have a slight smell, but the benefit out weigh the smell. I will be ordering again.

Does it's job
I originally tried using this for regularity, but I don't think I'm a person that can tolerate too much psyllium. My husband now takes it to help with his cholesterol. No way to know if it's really helping, but here's hoping!
