Cube size is perfect for fruit puree to make smoothies. Each cube is approximately 3oz (liquid) each. I fill trays with pre-blended fruit puree I make from frozen berry mix. I recommend thawing fruit first and using an Emerson blender (or vita mix blender) to a smooth consistency and fill trays to the brim. Leave in freezer for no fuss smoothies in the AM. Less mess and no bags to open/close, just drop 2-3oz cubes into a ninja, add protein powder, vitamins and choice of milk/yogurt...I use Kefir...and a squirter of honey. So yummy. Cubes are good for daquiries or as a treat on their own.

Processing and freezing my dressings so they're always ready and fresh has definitely been a huge change in my kitchen. I love these silicone cubes for doing this. They're very flexible and easy to remove. They're also a good size so I can stack them. This material is high quality, longer lasting, and easy to clean!

I like these. They have pros and cons: Pros: Deep cups Flexible without tearing Sturdy Sit well in the freezer Don’t have to worry about over filling the cups as the lids are stretchy and make room They don’t break if they fall out of the freezer Cons: The lids don’t go on easily - they sort slide and stretch on, which is difficult when they only contain water The lids don’t stay on - they come off easily, which doesn’t matter once the ice is frozen, but isn’t great when it’s filled with water They don’t stack well - b/c the lids aren’t sturdy Overall, the size and shape and quality is great, but the lid is annoying.

I’ve had these ice trays a couple of years now. I use them in my motorhome. I love them. They make big cubes which last much longer than smaller ones. If I fill them all the way up, I can’t put them in my water bottle so I fill them about 2/3 full and they’re perfect. They last more than 24 hours in my hydroflask. I love that they have a lid so it keeps the smells of the fridge and freezer out. They are a little hard to get out of the tray and I’ve cut myself a few times. Pull the silicon away from the cube as you push it through and you’ll have better luck. You can run them through the dishwasher and I recommend doing that occasionally.

Durable and dog treats pop right or. Easy to clean and very durable. Great value and works well.

These are a great size, but the silicone is too flexible making it awkward to put the lid on them or to put into freezer. Delivery was very good.
