The ones that I purchased were in English.

What material are these made from?

They are made out of some type of metal. I’m not sure exactly what kind. They served our purpose. We made mini rosaries.

What size jump ring might fit these medals? Thank you!

These have TINY openings. We ordered them to put on St. Theresa Good Deed Beads crafts and had a tremendous amount of problem even getting a small cord size through them. Some are almost closed up they are so tiny. I would look for some that have the ring attached instead of the ring being part of the medal like these. Fortunately, they weren't very expensive, so we didn't mind having to throw some out.
