Product is good value for the money. Takes time to see any benefit's though.

I add it to my tea, like green or oolong tea. The powder settles at the bottom of the cup and therefore the drink should be stirred from time to time. It doesn't have an unpleasant taste. Does it have an impact on my health, I don't know yet.
