Q: Is this supposed to come looking a tad yellow instead of white?

The color is not full white it is kind of a mixture of white and yellow.

Q: How long does this take to get to you I ordered it in the beginning of may said it would be here in June… it’s July ?

It took for me 1-2 days but I am not sure what is happening with your order.

Q: can i put it in the washer machine on delicate?

I washed cold and did not have issues.
