Review from an Occupational Therapist- these exercise balls are a great tool for working on motor control and coordination, as well as focus and concentration!

I am 5' 8" 140 lbs and they fit my hand well. They are made of metal and the weight is appropriate. The paint job is fine and should hold up well. The box is cheap. I personally find the chime annoying and distracting. I am using these to get finger exercise after long period of keyboard use. Hope they help.

I bought these to help strengthen my hands after bi-lateral carpal tunnel release surgeries. I have smallish hands and the balls are too big for me to utilize properly. My main complaints with this product is the strong chlorine/disinfectant smell and the cheaply aseembled box that is falling apart only just after pulling it out of the Amazon packaging.

I ordered 7 of these as gifts and I'm happy to say that they are exactly as I expected them to be. They all came in it's own little box and came with a description/direction on how to use these. They fit perfectly in my hand. I think these would make an excellent gift. Not only does it help with your physical health but also mentally. It can relieve stress and help with thinking/concentration. It does ring as you turn them in your hands.
