Fresh tasting
I love pepper on my food. The pepper has a very good flavor and doesn't taste like it's been sitting around in a warehouse and not a full flavor as fresh is. Well l do like the salt and pepper to be around fresh for at the table, when cooking more than one serving it's a little bit much hanging over the stove when I'm cooking and trying to grind out the amount of pepper or salt that I need.

Price of pepper is better in volume
In buying an 18 oz container of pepper, you get a better price than buying in small quantities. Also, this container fits easily into your freezer, where it will keep for years and years. In the freezer it retains it's freshness quite nicely. Recommended.
