super affordable and good quality so far! my only con is that the battery heath is 79%, but its not really an issue because i got it in acceptable condition. i don't really care about the scratches and scuffs on the screen because they're barely noticeable, and the scratches on the back and sides can just be covered w a case. its not laggy and runs ios 26.2 super well! overall, 5 stars.

At first everything about this phone seemed way to good to be true. The price and the condition were excellent. However I did start to experience issues setting the phone up because it was not updated fully so it took a while. That was not the biggest problem I was probably just being impatient. The real issues started about a month after I received the phone. The phone was at about 40% and I was scrolling on social media when it just turned off. I've had this happen before with previous phones so I just assumed there was a battery glitch. So, I plugged the phone in and it turned on, it was at 1% with the charging sign, and I was doing something so I was on it while it was charging.(I know, not the best idea), a message popped up and said that the battery was not recognized. (THIS HAD NEVER POPPED UP BEFORE). Then it turned off again, so i left it alone for about 2 hours and when I went to check on it it was still at 1%. Then I used three different chargers, one of my own, the charger it came with, and a charger from a family member. It was still at 1% and would turn off after being on for 5 minutes. So I unplugged and left it alone overnight and when I plugged it back in it would show the charging sign then turn off. After a while it wouldn't even open, it would show the apple sign IMEI or something and that to access that I'd have to turn the phone on, I still couldn't. After a week or so I contacted amazon to get a refund because the seller was not understanding me UNTIL I made a complaint to amazon. Before I went to amazon I went to my local apple store to try and see if they could replace the battery. Long story short, they couldn't. I don't know if my experience was rare. But I bought the phone after seeing many positive reviews, however I'd be cautious and not risk buying from this seller.

We got this phone as a gift for my nephew not knowing what we were getting with a renewed phone. When we got the phone I opened it to check the quality and see if it would make a good gift and the phone looked brand new. The phone works just as it should, battery life is good for a used phone (lasts 2 days if not watching videos), and it had no scratches on the phone at all. All in all a good purchase will get another for a Christmas present.

Came in great condition. Super easy to set up with my carrier. Easy swap of the SIM card and good price for the phone. Overall, I’m satisfied and pleased with this purchase.

I got the Apple iPhone 12 (Renewed) in 64GB Black, and overall it’s been pretty good so far. The phone runs smoothly, looks clean, and functions just like you’d expect from an iPhone 12. For a renewed device, I’m pretty satisfied with the general performance. There are just a couple of small issues I’ve noticed. When I lower the brightness all the way down, the screen looks a bit foggy or hazy, not a major problem, but definitely noticeable in darker settings. Also, the battery health started at 100% when I received it, but after about two months of normal use, it’s already dropped to 95%. It still holds a charge fine, but I expected a slower decline. Other than that, everything works great, and the phone has been reliable. Overall, a solid renewed purchase with a few minor drawbacks.

Compré este teléfono hace un mes y me sorprendió que viniera casi en excelentes condiciones sin ningún rasguño o arañazo en el cuerpo del dispositivo, Solo que si se me hizo muy sospechoso que viniera con una mica de cristal sobre la pantalla haciendo que sea imposible ver qué tan daña a estaba la pantalla, yo no la quité pero puede o no estar arañada la pantalla.

Phones arrived in very good condition, and look like new. Product was great, delivery was awful. Package was delivered to a store in town and had to drive to pick it up, then the package was held for ransom money before handing it over. Is that amazons way of treating prime customers?
