Wonderful - does exactly what it says on the box
This product is brilliant - the edges of my teeth have worn and the dentine is exposed - not really enough for a full filling. This allows you to take as much or as little as you want, and you can mould it in your hands without it getting stuck to you. It sets like it says on the instructions and, so far, is lasting well.

Depending On Use?
It’s a pretty inexpensive bit of kit yet the spatula that you get with the kit is pointless really, you’re best to use your fingers & thumb & roll a piece of the clay into a small ball which is a mentioned method on the products packaging. This works best on small holes that are in the bottom molars particularly on the surface (the flattish top) of the molars, if you’re filling the top molars if you can you’re best to get someone else to help you out filling any holes in for better results but please have a dentist appointment ready for a near by date as it’s not the most reliable of fillings hence it being called temporary but I’ve used far trickier to initially mix & then apply kits but ultimately I’ve had far better temporary fillings from them. This kit is alright it’s not awful it’s ready made it just doesn’t last long at all when it’s in your mouth but because there’s plenty of it you can top up just making sure that the hole is filled, don’t overfill a gap/hole/lost filling space as the pressure can be really painful! If you’ve cleaned your teeth & you use the right amount of this product & you have a dentists appointment in a few days the couple of weeks after first use it could be a lifesaver as toothache well it’s on a pain scale like no other.

Brilliant if you understand its limitations
This is just a temporary filling so I used it while waiting for a dental appointment after a crown fell out just to cover the hole. Typically it lasted between 2 - 4 days before needing to redone but it was an easy and successful everytime. This double pot pack got me through 3 weeks and made the time waiting much more bearable. So, definitely recommend this but just remember it is not designed to take any pressure. Used sensibly this works really well.

Does the job.
For temporary fillings it’s not too bad. After losing a filling on the side of a tooth I’ve dried the area and also waited for the dentek filling stuff to go a little hard before putting it in, once in I got a bit of tissue to avoid making the filling getting wet, so far so good and it’s now quite flat, it can have a bit of a chalky feel but I may not have done it properly first time round, it works and does the job. The dentek filling stuff comes in a very small pot so ideal for taking it with you on holiday or just a bag or pocket.

Excellent
As a temporary measure this has been fantastic. Easy to use, dries well and stays in place.

In desperation I tried this whilst waiting appt at dentist. It awful to use ! I hibiscub my hands b4 use as recommended and used tool to pick some off, it's like trying mold firm clay it's so fiddly and impossible to get correct amount, so i ended up wasting loads. I managed to cover the worse of tooth, followed instructions again and let dry. It came out few hours later leaving chalky taste so I had one more try and again impossible to mold and gage the correct amount you need.. again it started to come away few hours later. It left a uncomfortable piece inside which I ended up takin out. Glad I did u cld almost prick ur finger with the sharp piece that had been digging in. Had chalky residue for few days after. Note I didn't eat whilst using product. Useless not for purpose,I throw in bin next day. 😞

Temporary filling
Recommend. Used for a large filling that came out and even the dentist didn’t notice it was temporary on my checkup. Have replaced it once as it came out and will continue to use it as so far it has saved me almost £200 in dental costs.

Not too bad, could be better
Applied for the time time a couple of hours ago and still in but only time will tell. The applicator tool is nigh on useless however, it's good for removing the putty from the bottle and that's about it because the putty sticks to it too well and won't be pressed into the tooth as the applicator just pulls it back out.
