I've started leaving these on throughout my entire workout. They're much more comfortable than handling the bar directly, plus they provide a surprising amount of wrist support that helps prevent any wrist tweaking, and the open back means no overheating. Really good product overall. I like them better than my old pair of standard workout gloves.

The gloves fit very well and I'd imagine it could also fit different sizes with ease given how you put it on. Thr thickness of the material feels just right where I need it and I don't feel that my movements are restricted. I do feel that there is a bit of tightness in between the pinky finger area which can cause slight discomfort but it's not bad enough to outweigh the benefits of wearing these during workouts. It uses straps for the wrists which may make it difficult to wear a fitness watch.

The built-in wrist wraps offer great support, helping to prevent any strain or injuries.These gloves last about 5-6 months before the padding starts to come off, but given the intense workouts I put them through, that’s pretty impressive. Overall, they’re a great investment for anyone serious about weightlifting. Highly recommend!

This is my second or third time purchasing these workout gloves! I’m at the gym Monday through Friday, I’m a feminine tomboy, but I love fitness! These gloves are tough and they work! There are a few other gym members who have the same similar gloves that I do! Since I used them so much, I usually buy a new pair every six months or every year! I love the tightness that it gives, I also love that when you are working out, your hands don’t hurt, it gives you that grip and the skis that you need! I see a lot of members using other types of gloves, and they look worn out, these are very durable and they last!

These things are awesome. My hands don't sweat nearly as much as they would with fingerless gloves, and the wrist pads provide excellent support. The grip is wonderful and the gloves are very comfortable. I forget I even have them on. Most of all, they've made it possible for me to lift, both light/high-rep and heavy/low-rep without tearing up my hands.Great product. I definitely recommend.

Based on pure functionality these are a four out of five because they do exactly what you need them to do. But they are not durable and the seams tend to burst at the wrist wrap area. I really wish they would fix that. And it's not just me who says it. A couple of my fellow Gym people have the same complaint that being said they are not super expensive so I feel like I have gotten my money's worth(Addendum) - I don't feel like I got my money's worth now because I have to continuously order a new pair way too often.
