I went to a website to find recommendations for a good Vitamin B12 supplement. I went to my doctor a couple of months ago and she told me my Vitamin B12 was low and I needed to get a supplement that was only B12 and was a spray or sublingual pill. This one by Garden of Life was on the list. It is a generous 2 ounces, and with one spray per day, it is supposed to last for 140 days, but the back of the box says to consume within 90 days. Not sure how strictly that should be taken. It tastes really good, with a nice raspberry flavor, and no bad aftertaste. It is organic and vegan. I can appreciate that even though I am not a vegan. I prefer clean vitamins and supplements. I feel it may be working, but it might take a little more time to tell. I'll come back and update to see if it really is helping me gain back my energy. As for helping my metabolism, that is a bonus.

Good B12; potent. I only use 1/4 spray daily, or my labs show I'm too high. Perhaps an absorption issue.

I like Garden of Life products, so I decided to try this supplement. The liquid spray is easy to take and doesn't have a bad taste. The smell is very light and is much easier than swallowing tablets or capsules. This brand is very good quality and I like their protein powder, and vitamin supplements. I'll continue to use this brand.
