Perfectly matched OEM part for tailgate motor of 2011 Toyota Highlander hybrid.

2013 Highlander liftgate motor was starting to strain. Found this at probably the lowest price. This motor is expensive for some reason. It was a perfect fit and works great! As noted before, there are no videos on how to replace this motor. You don't have to remove every plastic panel in the back. I removed the trim around the rod on the liftgate first. Then pulled up the bottom black trim a little. You can pull back the panel around the motor a little but it is held in by screws. My wife helped me hold the panels back enough to get a socket wrench in there to remove it. It screws into a another bracket but that does not have to be removed. All in all it took an hour. I feel accomplished and my wife can use the tailgate like she used to.

Este motor me ahorro más de $1,000 ya que en la Toyota me querían cobrar sobre $1,500 por la pieza y la labor como $500 más. Lo compré aquí, me llegó en 5 días y hoy mismo lo instalé. Da un poco de trabajo quitar ese panel pero con calma vas encontrando cómo quitarlo. Cuando lo desmonté y lo comparé con este eran iguales y hasta la misma marca. Fue quitar el que estaba y poner este con 4 tornillos. Ya trabaja todo bien. Me encantó.

This Item was ideal and installing myself saved me over a thousand dollars. I had outrageous estimates, some saying they couldn't find the part. Funny thing is this is the exact OEM part I replaced.E- Bay sells used for up to 1000.00. The job as fairly simple to figure out. Not in the owners manual or online video's. Made my wife very happy to have this function working again.
