I cannot get over how much this pillow has changed my sleep. I suffered pretty bad neck/shoulder pain, and would toss and turn all night. I hate super hard/stiff pillows, but soft ones often didn’t give enough support. This is on the softer side, but with the right support to keep my pain away. Ever since I’ve had it I’ve slept all through the night, every night, and woken up refreshed. It does take a little getting used to, as the shape is different than a usual pillow.Would 100% recommend this!

So I've had this now a few weeks. The reason I bought it was due to existing pain in my neck I wanted to try to reduce. I read the reviews on a other products and decided to go with this one. So here are my pros and cons, please bare in mind I have nothing but conventional pillows to compare it to.ProsFirm support on my neck when I'm sleeping.Reduced neck pain in general.More mindful when choosing sleeping positions.Pillow adapts to any position of sleep.Once you've adjusted to sleeping on it you get a good night's sleep.Well made product that you can return if you're unsatisfied.Fits in a normal pillow slip.ConsThe removable cover isn't replaceable.It had a smell about it that's taken weeks to disappear or I've grown used to it.You're meant to sleep without a pillow slip on but the make up of the pillow catches on ear piercings. OUCH!It takes perseveration to adjust to sleeping on it as it's a lot lower than what I used to sleep on but once you crack it it's good.As it has memory foam in it, it can become too warm.in hotter weather.Overall I would buy it again as it's doing what I need it to do. I was surprised at how comfortable this is, and also surprised that it did help reduce my snoring (so I'm told), nit completely but enough to make it bareable now. It's comfortable for front and side sleeping. I have slept on my back with it ans found it comfortable but I generally like lower pillows anyway so someone who sleeps on their back may want a little bit more cushion. It's cradles your head in all the right places regardless of how you lie. Will defo get another in future.

The instructions that come with the pillow, say you can make it firm by adding a piece into it but that doesn't come in the box or the instructions are for the wrong pillow. It's so soft that lying on deflates the pillow to next to nothing. I can't see how this would support anything and you'll have to add a firmer pillow underneath it for any support which defeats the use of this pillow.If you sleep on your side, expect your head to be bent downwards from your spine in a very uncomfortable position, so not recommended for side sleepers.

i have already 4 pillow from elviros, and they are amazing!!i bought this 5th, and this is RUBBISH!basically despite it has the same shape, the foam used for this one is less than half density of all the other one:the result is that is does not sustain your head, when you lie your head go down like you have no pillow.And they do not allow you to return the item as once you have opened you cannot return.I am very disappointed, and I feel scammed as this is not the same product I have bought prreviously and the ads was exacytly the same.i suggest you to avoid this pillow from this ads and check if they have other models.This is good only for kids up to 12yr that they have smaller and lighter head.

Having Ankylosing Spondylitis I suffer with very painful neck and shoulders. After two nights the neck pain completely went. Ive had this a few weeks now and definitely recommend it. Its lovely and soft and one side is slightly higher than the other. It does take a bit of getting used to but that wasn't too bad and I find it more comfy with my head closer to the base if im Laying on my back. Its also very comfortable on my side.
