This has always worked for my babies I don't know why but if you're looking for something that will help id say give this a try

This product actually smells really good. It is strong at first but then settles down. My son does sleep with it but I’m not sure if it actually helps him sleep longer.

Amazing!! My 11 month old never falls asleep easily, he’s super active and loves to fight the sleep urge. Since incorporating this step before nap and bed time, things have gotten much easier. He sleeps faster and it helps him get more rest. Only if I knew about this spray 11 months ago. Highly recommend!!!
