I don’t just own one of these—I keep a jar in three different rooms of my house, and I travel with one. That should tell you everything. This ointment is like having a tiny jar of relief that never lets me down. Sore muscles? Stiff joints? Random aches from pretending I’m still 25? This takes care of it.It absorbs quickly, smells surprisingly nice for something with “venom” and “viper” in the name, and actually works. I’ve tried plenty of analgesic creams that just left me greasy or disappointed—this one earns its keep. Honestly, at this point it’s part of my survival kit right alongside coffee and WiFi.Highly recommend. Just be warned: once you start using it, you’ll end up like me—stockpiling jars like it’s liquid gold.

This product has a strong menthol like smell (think Vicks Vapo Rub). It does indeed contain no Bee Venom nor Viper Oil. This is the Brand Name. Closer reading on the jar says this: "Folk medicine has attributed bee venom and viper oil properties as analgesics. Veneno de abeja aciete de vibora brand does not contain bee venom or viper oil but contains and ingredient that is effective as an analgesic." The main ingredient, Methyl Salicylate, acts as a topical pain reliever by creating a cool sensation on the skin. It distracts us from the actual pain, and doesn't really reduce the pain at all. What I do like about the product is that the cooling effect is nice, and it does moisturize the skin. I am currently having heel pain and I put some on both heels and then put on socks. It does help a bit, but along with rest, cool compresses, and some ibuprofen, I feel much better. I would buy again, but just know that there is no actual bee venom or viper oil in it.

Whatever this is, it works better and faster than anything else I've tried for knee pain. I've shared with entire family for various aches and pains... they say the same. Honestly one of the best values for price I've ever had. This product has a permanent place in my medicine cabinet.

I bought this product for my mother. She had a fall and was in pain. She used it religiously. Her feed back after using it for a few weeks is that she noticed healing, feeling better, and a lot less pain, I am happy that my choice has helped her to ease her pain.

Ok it does take some of the pain away, but your hands stay greasy for a good 20 mins
