Excellent product! It was recommended to me and I was quite skeptical. I use this in combination with a short term vegan diet for two weeks and it cleans my system well. Flat stomach, no gas, and regular movements, lost weight ( 5 pounds) and feel great! I built up to 2 in am and 2 at pm because if you are traveling or not in close proximity to a bathroom, you'll wish you were. I use the product every few months for detox for an immune disorder and intestinal health. A healthy intestine is a healthy body! Good luck, wish you all good health and healing.

Highly recommend. Bought these for the first time about 9 years ago after seeing an infomercial. Found them at a wholesale club for cheaper than through the infomercial (and now buy through Amazon). So, off and on, I've been taking these for about 9 years. They work. Wonderfully. I don't take them every day. The directions say take for 30 days, then take a 'break'. I've never followed those directions LOL I take them a couple of times a week--more if I'm not getting enough fiber and know I'll need some help. It keeps things moving. I've never had any issues with them, ever--no stomach discomfort, no diarrhea, etc.

Not as good as Isagenix, but a thousand times cheaper. This represents a great bang for the buck.I have ordered this twice already. The colon clear says to start with 2/day, then up it to 4/day or 6/day if you don't get a regular bowel movement. For me, I had to do the 6/day thing (3: morning, 3: night). And let me tell you, it will flush out your colon. You will feel much better, lighter, and healthier knowing that you just purged fecal matter that was clinging to your colon, probably going to cause you colon cancer. I think I will order this product and do it at least once per year... probably at New Years, to keep it consistent. We all do lots of preventative maintenance on our cars... but I realized I did little preventative maintenance on me. Time to change all of that, and this will help!

I personally have used this product on 2 different occasion's and just bought some more for a 3rd time and it works very well. I also have two friends who took these after my recommendation and it worked for them as well. I definitely recommend this product.

I've been using this product for many years, but I use it for constipation issues. It works when nothing else will!

This product was alright but I was expecting a bit more since this was my second time using Cellular Research Formulals. I had purchased the product my first time around from a television add and was extremely happy with it. This second order just seems to be lacking something it's NOT the same but the cost of the item is much less and the tab count is also less. Go figure!!!
