Tronixpro Folding Drop Net, Large, Fish landing net

I have only been sea fishing once on Boscombe pier (Bournemouth). I caught three fish and felt sorry having to drop them from some height back into the water. So I needed some way to release them in the less stressful way possible (for the fish). The tronix pro folding drop net is going to be the solution to the problem. I have purchased the Large net which is very large and the three fish I caught were no bigger than a saucers but who knows what your going to hook up with? The net itself is very sturdy and easy to use, and I now have the ambition to fill it. I am delighted that I will be able to put fish back with as little stress to the fish as possible. Please also note I wear plastic gloves when handling fish as they are cold bloodied and we burn them when we touch them.

Excellent good net will be just thr job when I get a fish

I'm only giving this net 4 stars because it wasn't tied up properly and I pulled the lifting rope straight out of the steel ring with no effort at all and the crimps on the side ropes were just as loose. Apart from that the net is great and the ropes long enough. Just check it before you use it for the first time because I would have definitely lost the whole net.I removed the aluminium tube and tied it directly to the ring I didn't feel there was a need for it and it now won't chafe the rope.

Product does not have a handle as described will consider sending it back

This is a great product overall. I had a slight fault with my net but the shop were absolutely amazing and were able to arrange for a replacement and postage to me all free of charge and with no issues at all even though it had been more than 6 months after I purchased the item. The customer service at this shop is above and beyond and well worth doing business with! The net is strong and easy to fold for storage. The design is sturdy and of high quality and is perfect for fishing from a pier/dock. I would highly recommend both the product and store.
