Help a lot with digestion will buy more so recommend these

I can eat gluten with this
These help me eat foods with gluten which I otherwise would be very uncomfortable with… I’m also lactose intolerant and find that this isn’t effective for me for dairy products so I take a separate lactose enzyme for that and the two in combination work wonders

TAKE 2-3 CAPSULES PER DAY. Take each capsule with or immediately after a meal. For example one after breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose: Take 3-4 capsules with each lactose containing meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
