The cards are not laminated, but they are almost a cardboard like material with a sheen to it! Work fine and not an issue that the cards aren’t laminated!

how long are the individual sticks?

I'm sorry I bought these so many years ago I can't remember much about them. I gave them as a gift and didn't any feedback.
