is this blaster hard to aim with since it shoots out of the bottom barrel

At first the blaster is harder to aim but since it is a consistent blaster you just learn to aim slightly upward.

Does it have 4 mags and if so does it shoot 4 at a time

It has 3 built in magazines with 10 balls each, and it only fires one ball out of the bottom barrel each time. There is a rotating mechanism at the front that efficiently brings the balls down there into that barrel to be fired.

We have the rival, but its super loud to prime and shoot. Are these quieter?

It's a little bit quieter on the prime than my atlas but about the same when you shoot
