I’ve been using these blue light glasses for a while now, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. There is a slight yellow tint to the lenses, which took a bit of getting used to, but it’s not a big issue. The glasses are super cute and a good size for my face. A lot of glasses can tend to look too big on me but these are just the right size. They do a great job at reducing headaches due to blue light exposure from working at a computer all day. My only complaint would be the bridge of the nose feels a little tight which can be uncomfortable for long wears which is why I removed a star.
