Q: Do these have actual paper/notebooks in them, or are they just the plastic binder cover?

It comes with paper, but only contains 30 sheets. It can hold more than 30 sheets though.

Q: does it come with paper?

Yes, but it only comes with a few sheets. You may want to buy the B5 paper with 26 holes sold on Amazon, or buy your own offline. I got my extra refills from Muji.

Q: What type of paper is in the notebook? Dotted, graph, or lined?

Kokuyo has its own paper called dotted rule where it is lined but also dots on top so you can do math, drawing, and write at the same time. It is really cool.

Q: Will I be able to add other papers (such as print-outs, etc.) to this binder if I use a normal 3-hole punch?
